- Introduction Welcome to Jemini Kotecha Podiatrist. I provide professional mobile podiatry services. By booking an appointment with me, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- Appointments & Cancellations
- Appointments can be booked via phone, text message or email.
- I require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
- If a client is not present at the agreed location at the scheduled time, the full appointment fee may still be charged.
- Fees & Payments
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in advance.
- I accept payment via cash, card, or bank transfer.
- Late payments may be subject to additional charges
- No refunds will be provided for completed services
- Medical Consent & Disclaimer
- By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have provided accurate medical history and disclose any relevant health conditions.
- I provide treatment based on clinical assessment; results may vary.
- If I feel that your condition requires the assistance of other medical professionals then I will advise accordingly.
- Liability & Insurance
- I am fully insured for the provision of podiatry services.
- Clients are responsible for providing a safe and clean environment for treatment.
- I am not liable for any unforeseen reactions to treatment, including infections or allergic responses.
- Data Protection & Confidentiality
- I comply with GDPR regulations and ensure that all client data is stored securely.
- Personal information is used solely for treatment and appointment purposes.
- I do not share client data with third parties without consent unless required by law.
- Complaints & Disputes
- If you are unsatisfied with my service, please contact me directly to resolve any issues.
- If a resolution cannot be reached, complaints can be escalated to the Royal College of Podiatry or the HCPC.
- Changes to Terms I reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
